His 30 years of market experience in analyzing, underwriting and trading has proven to be a tremendous asset for the company as well as the industry. As an expert resource, he utilizes his expertise to bring our disciplined analytical approach to the middle markets in the financial industry.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business and economics from Winona State University in Minnesota and an MBA from DePaul University. He is a past president of the Municipal Bond Club of Chicago and an instructor at the Municipal Bond School in Chicago.
Early Session - Leadership Lessons for Collaborative Communication
Prior to our social hour we have Elise Bechard from Impact Performance Group discussing the important role of Emotional Intelligence in leadership and effective communication. She will identify essential behaviors that set true leaders apart. To help us grow as leaders, she will provide some actionable steps to establish the positive habits that develop our ability to communicate more collaboratively and increase our emotional intelligence.
Elise Bechard is a Relationship Manager with Impact Performance Group. She has facilitated leadership programs for companies such as UnitedBank, Marriott, Cambridge Savings Bank, Charles Schwab and Webster Bank.
We are asking all of our members to invite a young colleague, mentee, or other individual you see as an emerging leader in the industry. We will be hosting a session on speaking skills and why it is critical skill of a successful leader. Following that session, Emerging Leaders will be invited join us in networking, dinner, and our evening monthly meeting. Bring your business cards!
