Join us for an update on local and national commercial real estate trends with Aaron Jodka, Research Director at Colliers International.  Aaron and his team manage the information and intelligence in Colliers’ proprietary database, which, dating from the late 1980s, includes detailed property statistics on more than 210 million SF of office space as well as on lab properties in the greater Boston area. Aaron’s team also track nearly 150 million SF of industrial properties in our market.

Aaron also writes the Colliers Market Viewpoint series, internal submarket and lab reports, and Colliers In Focus thought pieces. He is a monthly guest on Bloomberg Radio’s Baystate Business, and a frequent resource for Bisnow, Banker & Tradesman, The Boston Globe, Boston Business Journal, The Real Reporter, and other publications. Early Session - The Engaging Leader

In a low unemployment labor market, employee engagement has become a critical asset for most companies to both attract and retain high-potential employees.  Employee engagement is also statistically proven to drive productivity, profitability and client satisfaction. Companies have and continue to making significant learning and development investments in upgrading Manager's skills.  So why are so many employees disengaged?

In this session Eric Imparato, Principal, of Impart Associates, will explore that answer by addressing key concerns raised by managers such as:

  • You are asking me to deliver to my subordinates and/or peers, what I personal do not receive from my leader.
  • Will I be supported by leadership when I use these new approaches?
  • Do I have the authority to develop and implement new ideas?
