On June 5th, 2019, the FMS Boston Chapter is excited to host a Leadership Development Session at Problem Solved Brewery! 

We invite both current and prospective members to enhance their professional development and network with colleagues.

Please join us for a private event at Problem Solved Brewing Co.  This event is free for community bankers and credit union professionals, and $50 for vendors and other non-financial institutions.  Registration includes three drinks tickets and light fare.  Beverages include beer, wine, cider and soft drinks.  Come learn more about what the FMS Boston Chapter has to offer.

Asking for Feedback: A Critical Capability for Your Success!

 

Asking for constructive criticism may be out of your comfort zone. You're not alone and this is a muscle that needs to be built. This session will explore strategies for creating a continuous feedback loop that will help you grow in your current role and prepare you for future roles. In this conversation, you will learn:

·  The benefits of gathering performance and style feedback.

·  Best practices around "how" to provide and ask for feedback.

·  Tactics for keeping the feedback loop going.
